Actor Kartik Aaryan Brings Home The Lamborghini Urus

We've told you about how the Lamborghini Urus is a hot favourite from the Italian automaker and the latest celebrity to add one to his garage is actor Kartik Aaryan. The Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor shared a video of his new Urus in what appears to be the Nero Noctis (black) shade. The performance SUV carries a price tag of about Rs. 4.5 crore (on-road Mumbai) with the ex-showroom price starting from Rs. 3.15 crore before options and taxes. In the Instagram post, Kartik wrote, "Kharid li. Par main shayad mehengi cheezon ke liye bana hi nahi hoon (Bought it. But maybe I am not made for expensive things)."

The Lamborghini Urus remains one of the fastest SUVs in the world and draws power from the 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 engine. The motor develops 641 bhp and 850 Nm of peak torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The most practical Lamborghini ever can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 305 kmph.

The Urus also comes with all-wheel drive with 60 per cent of the power going to the rear wheels, along with the four-wheel steering system that makes for agile handling. The standard India-spec version comes with 21-inch wheels as part of the kit, while the automaker offers the option to up-size up to 23-inch wheels as well.
The recently launched Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition got the larger wheels and new candy colours to spruce up the visual appeal of the SUV. Lamborghini India recently achieved the 100 units sales milestone for the Urus. The car has been a brisk seller for the brand and continues to be a fast-seller for the company in 2021. The automaker hopes to record a new sales milestone this year.

Kartik Aaryan's new Urus will join the MINI Cooper S, BMW 5 Series and a Royal Enfield in his garage. On the work front, the actor will be seen next in movies including Dhamaka and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, among others. The Urus is owned by a number of celebrities in the country and Aryan joins this Italian club comprising director Rohit Shetty, actors Ranveer Singh and Puneeth Rajkumar as well as industrialists Adar Poonawalla and Mukesh Ambani.
