Car Brands One May Have Been Pronouncing Incorrectly.

- Some of these names are very commonly mispronounced.
- The Countach has been pronounced wrong for decades.

If one considers themselves a car enthusiast, one should be able to talk about them with ease as well. Mispronouncing the name of a certain car or brand may not be in the best interest of such individuals. Today we take a look at some car names and brands we have heard of before but may not have known how to pronounce.
Some of these names sound just as they read, however, others are so debated over that it may cause a straight-up conflict.
Porsche

- ‘Por-shah'
This is one of the most mispronounced automaker names out there, not to mention few of its car names. This German luxury performance brand is a must to pronounce correctly.
Cayenne

One of the most mispronounced SUVs
Taycan
- ‘Tie-karn'
Porche's first electric car too has been riddled with mispronunciation.
Volkswagen
- ‘Volks-va-gen'
Not much changes with this, except for the ‘w' turning into a ‘v'.
Ghibli
- ‘Gib-lee'
Maserati's famous luxury sports car has been pronounced and spelled the wrong way too.
Tesla
- ‘Tez-lah'
This is a debatable one, as it was found that Elon Musk himself used the letter ‘z' when saying the word “Tesla”, however he is not to certain about it either.
Renault

- ‘Ren-o'
It has been a while since Renault first entered the Indian market, did you pronounce it right before?
Alpine
- ‘Al-peen'
This one is not so easy to correctly pronounce by oneself.
Huracan
- ‘Hoo-ra-kahn'
One of the more famous Lamborghinis and here is how it is pronounced.

- ‘Ou-russ'
Turns out that this SUV is usually pronounced at ‘Youris”, however incorrect.

- ‘Coon-tash'
This has been a name that has been challenging to pronounce for decades now.

Most of us have gotten this one wrong for a long time.
