Harley-Davidson Inaugurates 26th Dealership In India

- Foothills Harley-Davidson inaugurated in Dehradun
- Will add the 27th Harley Owners Group Chapter

Harley-Davidson India has expanded its dealership footprint in India with its 26th dealership in the country - Foothills Harley-Davidson, located in Dehradun. The new dealership is first independent dealership of the company in Uttarakhand and will introduce the exclusive Harley Owners Group Group (H.O.G.) to the city, making Foothills Harley-Davidson the 27th H.O.G. Chapter. The new dealership will offer all 13 models in the Harley-Davidson India 2017 line up, in addition to a wide range of parts and accessories to customise motorcycles, and authentic Harley-Davidson merchandise.
"Harley-Davidson is renowned world-over for providing its customers with a premium lifestyle experience through a unique product offering and we shall strive to deliver the same level of excellence or more, here at Dehradun as well," said Jasmeet Singh Marwah, Dealer Principal, Foothills Harley-Davidson.

Uttarakhand already has a strong number of Harley-Davidson enthusiasts who can now purchase a new Harley-Davidson or have their existing motorcycle serviced locally. The new dealership will cater to a wide area, covering the cities of Haridwar, Roorkee, Rudrapur and Haldwani. Foothills Harley-Davidson will offer test rides for enthusiasts and also sell the latest Harley-Davidson branded riding gear, as well as custom parts for motorcycles and accessories.
Harley-Davidson India started operations in 2010 and was the first premium motorcycle brand to set up shop in India. Over the past seven years, the Bar & Shield brand has built a strong leisure motorcycling culture in India, rapidly growing its dealership network and expanding the H.O.G. chapters. Today, Harley-Davidson leads the 601+ cc motorcycle segment, holding 60 per cent market share. Over the past year, Harley-Davidson India opened new dealerships in various cities, including Coimbatore, Calicut, Ludhiana, Guwahati, Mumbai airport and a second dealership in Delhi.
