Harley-Davidson Stealth 750 Unveiled

Adventure bikes seem to be the flavour of the times these days, and now, there seems to be a Harley-Davidson Adventure bike in the making too, or so we thought. But this one, based on the Harley-Davidson Street 750 and called the Stealth 750, is not made by the guys at Milwaukee.
Displayed at the Bangkok Motor Show, the H-D Stealth 750 was designed by the owner of a Harley-Davidson dealership in Chiang Mai, Thailand, as part of a Street 750 build-off challenge.
The Stealth, as is evident from the pictures, is far from what the Street 750 looks like. The fairing and the tank have been hand-crafted from aluminium. The fairing ends in an ADV-style front beak which sits below the twin headlights, which are housed inside a protective grill and LED lights. What could have been better executed are the graphics on the fairing, loudly proclaiming 'Stealth' and 'Harley-Davidson'.

Backing its 'adventure' cred, the Stealth 750 runs on a 21-inch wire-spoke wheel at the front for off-road capability and an 18-inch wheel at the rear. Suspension consists of a long-travel motocross front fork and a single rear shock from Ohlins, and a custom aluminium swingarm.
Naturally, the Stealth 750 remains a one-off custom creation and is unlikely to see full-fledged production. Of course, this gives an idea of what a Harley-Davidson adventure bike could look like, and may also be the beginning of a lot of ideas for custom bike builders closer home.
