    Polestar and CAKE have revealed their first collaboration on a special version of the new CAKE Makka compact electric bike. The Makka - Polestar edition by CAKE made its debut at the 2021 IAA in Munich. Based on CAKE's newest bike platform, the Makka - Polestar edition by CAKE has unique design, component features and upgrades that further align the brands' shared desire to accelerate the shift towards sustainable mobility.

A rear tow bar mount allows the bike to be transported and charged directly from the car while on the move. Once parked, the bike can be used as a last mile commuter, general urban transport solution or even for off-road adventures.

    Makka - Polestar edition by CAKE is a bespoke version of the new bike with numerous styling and changes: a slim LED headlight, Ohlins rear damper, black detailing and a frame and battery cover in Polestar Snow matte. Fully electric powertrains by CAKE and minimalistic design features by Polestar link the brands and vehicles even further.
