Lamborghini Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae Coupe Makes India Debut

Automobili Lamborghini has brought the second Aventador Ultimae Edition to India with the launch of the new Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae Coupe. The roadster recently arrived in India and the coupe version is now being delivered to a special customer in the country. The Lamborghini Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae Edition is the swansong of the pure petrol V12 engine that powered the Italian marquee's cars gloriously for years. The Ultimae Edition is restricted to 600 units globally with 350 units for the coupe and 250 units for the roadster. We now have one of each in the country.
The Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae is positioned between the performance-spec Aventador SVJ and the Aventador S. It brings the best of both into beautifully crafted package. The model comes with special carbon-fibre treatment that extends to the front bumper, side skirts and the rear diffuser. This, along with other changes has helped the Ultimae lose 25 kg over the Aventador S. The coupe rides on 20-inch alloy wheels as standard, while you can opt for 21-inch units instead as well. And to make it truly one-of-a-kind, Lamborghini does offer 18 standard colours along with 300 different hues to choose from.
Power on the Lamborghini Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae Coupe comes for the 6.5-litre V12 motor. This is the most powerful iteration of the engine on the Aventador ever and develops 770 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 720 Nm of peak torque at 6,750 rpm. The engine is paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission. The Aventador Ultimae coupe has some incredible performance numbers to its name with 0-100 kmph coming up in 2.8 seconds, while 0-200 kmph comes up in 8.7 seconds. The top speed is 355 kmph.
The cabin on the Aventador Ultimae remains identical to the S but you do get a specific plaque denoting the edition number. The cabin is also treated with black leather and Alcantara along with ‘comfort' seats. There are customisable options too. Other features include four-wheel steering, active suspension, All-Wheel Drive, and four driving modes - Strada, Sport, Corsa, and Ego.
