What will instantly get your attention is the finish on the fenders below the trio of ducts. The code M157110519FRG stands for Maserati's Ghibli ID code, the date of the company's first meeting with Fujiwara on November 5, 2019 and an acronym for Fragment. On the inside, there is a mix of leather and Alcantara. There are contrasting silver inserts that appear on the vertical stitching and the Trident on the headrests. The seat belts are dark blue. Fragment is also launching a capsule collection that's available only at Maserati Official channels. The company is yet to share the price of the Operanera or Operabianca.

The 2021 Maserati Ghibli is offered with three engine options. The 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol hybrid remains the most affordable model and produces 325 bhp and 450 Nm. The 3.0-litre V6 develops 424 bhp and 580 Nm of peak torque, while the 3.8-litre V8 Trofeo version makes 572 bhp and 730 Nm of peak torque. The top speed on the Ghibli Trofeo is rated at 326 kmph. The 2021 Maserati Ghibli continues to use Brembo brakes and calipers, while the exhaust has been optimised for a better aural note, a defining trait for the manufacturer. The new Ghibli also comes with Skyhook suspensions that use sensors to monitor the movement of each wheel and the vehicle body to determine the road conditions, and automatically adjust each damper for optimal ride quality.
