Earlier this month, Kensington Palace tweeted announcing Prince William's visit to Hinckley. The Duke of Cambridge is also scheduled to visit MIRA Technology Park today. Prince William has owned and ridden several motorcycles in the past, but has reportedly put his motorcycling days behind him for his family.

First established in 1902, Triumph Motorcycles builds around 67,000 bikes a year, and these bikes are sold in 57 countries around the world. Among the exhibits at the Factory Visitor Experience is the most famous Triumph motorcycle to have been used in a movie - the Triumph Bonneville on which Steve McQueen attempted to jump over a fence in the iconic movie, 'The Great Escape'. Other exhibits include the very first Triumph No 1 from 1902, the Triumph Speed Triple ridden by Tom Cruise in 'Mission Impossible 2' and the latest engine prototype for the 2019 Moto2 championship.
So far, there's been no official announcement from Triumph Motorcycles about the visit of Prince William to Hinckley.
