Volkswagen India has announced offering special service support for its customers affected by the flood situation in Bengaluru. Karnataka’s capital city was recently hit by torrential rains causing flood which has impacted both people and property. There has been major waterlogging in the city and several vehicles have been submerged in flood waters, and with this initiative Volkswagen in coming to the aid of its customers.

Volkswagen India will offer 24X7 free Road-Side Assistance (RSA) to customers at no additional charge until September 30, 2022. Additionally, the company will also be offering complimentary RSA services to get the affected cars transported to the nearest dealership on a priority.
