Yamaha Fazer, FZ and FZ-S launched in new colours

Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. ltd launched different colour schemes to boost sales of its top-selling models - FZ, FZ-S and Fazer. Three new colours for each motorcycle have been introduced along with new graphics.

The Fazer has been launched in three colours - terrain white, wilderness black and ravine red. The FZ gets panther black, raider red and blue, while the FZ-S come in pouncing black, preying red and hawk eye gold colours. Earlier, the company had launched the R15 in four new colours - raring red, invincible black, racing blue and grid gold. Prices for the Fazer, FZ and FZ-S are Rs 77,351, Rs 70,411 and Rs 72,385 (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.

Mechanically, all the three bikes have remained unchanged, carrying the same air-cooled 153cc 4-stroke engine that mated to a 5-speed gearbox churns out 13.8bhp. The company might also launch the FZ series with a more powerful engine, along with some cosmetic changes.
