A product almost synonymous with proficiency and consistency, the Hero Splendor is by far the most fuel-efficient motorcycle in India, returning a claimed 102.5kmpl. The triple-digit figure certainly sounds unbelievable, but the efficiency was achieved by combining the 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with the manufacturer's i3S or Idle Start-Stop system.

Bajaj Auto launched its most affordable Pulsar 150 variant in India, the Pulsar 150 Classic, expanding the Pulsar range in the country. The no-frills variant skimped out on the graphics, tank extensions, the split-seat, and the rear disc brake.
