James Bond to Drive a Fiat 500 in His Next Film, Spectre?

Highlights
No matter who played James Bond in the movie adaptations of Ian Fleming's novels about the Brit 007 agent, the spy with a license to kill never fails to woo folks. Of course, his trademark good looks play an important role but is that it? Definitely not. The other significant factor that contributes to Bond's appeal are his rides.
You and I know it as well as James Bond that 007 likes his Aston Martins as much as he likes his martinis. However, this time he might also careen through Rome in a Fiat 500. That said, there's no information if it will be a modern or a vintage model of the 500. While we are on the topic of the spy's rides, Aston Martin revealed that James Bond's official ride in Spectre will be a DB10.
Aston Martin says the new DB10 has been specifically developed for the upcoming James Bond film and a total of 10 units will be made. Though the company has clarified that the car won't be available for sale to the general public, there is no clarity about the future of the 10 DB10s, once filming is completed.
The car commemorates the Bond franchise's affair with Aston Martins, which first started with the DB5 in the 1964 film Goldfinger. Delving into details about the latest Bond car, Aston Martin is describing as "the ultimate car for the world's most famous spy". Also, Sam Mendes, director of the film, is said to have provided input for its design.
The DB10 is powered by the company's 4.7-litre V8, which leads us to believe that it has a lot in common with the Aston Martin V8 Vantage. However, the company said that though the bespoke model is based on it's current VH platform, it isn't based on any one model.
Filming for the 24th James Bond movie is set to start next week and will see Daniel Craig reprise his role as James Bond for the fourth time. Spectre will be released in November, 2015.
