2018 TVS Victor Matte Series Launched; Priced At Rs. 55,890

- The new colours available are - Matte Blue and Matte Silver
- The TVS Victor Premium Edition does not any mechanical upgrades
- The Victor is also available with an optional disc brake and colours
TVS Motor Company has introduced the new Matte Series for the Victor Premium Edition. The new TVS Victor matte colour scheme is priced at Rs. 55,890 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available in two new shades - Blue and Silver, along with additional features. The new colours are complemented by chrome detailing on the visor and a dual tone beige seat. TVS says the new matte series build on the aspirational value of the premium edition that was launched in September last year.
The TVS Victor went on sale in early 2016 and has since received several new colour schemes and special editions, keeping the model fresh in the commuter segment. The new matte shade add a bit of novelty to the entry-level motorcycle, while retaining the design and features.

With respect to the powertrain, the TVS Victor with the matte shade continues to draw power from the 109 cc single-cylinder, 3-valve, oil-cooled engine tuned to produce 9 bhp at 7500 rpm and 9.4 Nm of peak torque at 6000 rpm. The motor comes paired to a 4-speed transmission. TVS claims a fuel efficiency of 72 kmpl on the Victor, which is one of the best in the segment.
In addition to the new matte colours, the TVS Victor Premium Edition is now available with a disc brake. There's also a variant with black colour and yellow graphics, and red colour with gold graphics.
The TVS Victor is one of the more capable commuters in the 110 cc segment and competes with the likes of the Honda Dream series, Hero Passion Pro and the likes. The Victor will also compete with the soon-to-be-launched Bajaj Discover 110 that is set to go on sale on January 10.
