Honda has finally taken the wraps off the Civic Hatchback as well and though it doesn't look very different than the sedan, there are few elements which are new starting with the hatch that replaces the boot in the sedan version. In terms of styling, the hatchback is the sportier looking version and is for those who want a comparatively smaller and sportier car, without compromising on performance of quality.

The feature list is quite exhaustive as well with a 12-speaker Bose stereo and plenty of luxury items for an executive hatch. It's also shares quite a few safety features from the sedan like a single camera and eight sonar sensors. There's also traffic jam assist, low-speed braking control, and front and rear false-start prevention. The car also gets upgraded versions of adaptive cruise control and linear steering from lane-keeping assist. And the new Civic also gets rear-seat side airbags for the first time taking the total number of airbags to 10.
