    The waiting period for Jawa Motorcycles range of offerings stands at five months, according to a statement made by the company. The Mahindra Group two-wheeler maker took to social media recently to denounce media reports that the waiting time was reduced to just 10-15 days. Based on unverified customer accounts, certain reports suggested that the waiting period for the Jawa and the Jawa Forty Two had reduced now. However, that does not seem to be the case. It also aligns with what Jawa spoke at the launch of the Perak last month with the delivery time for the motorcycle scheduled in April 2020.

    World's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp has announced that the company will be increasing prices across its range of products with effect from January 1, 2020. The revisions will be in the ex-showroom prices up to Rs. 2000, but will vary depending on the model and the specific market. The company joins Maruti Suzuki to announce a price increase for the new year. Prices hikes around this time of the year though aren't uncommon and most automakers tend to opt for an upward revision in prices for the new calendar year. That being said, the company has not specified any reason for the price hike.
