- The exchange programme will be active across India
- Customers can sell their used CV of any brand for a BharatBenz CV
Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), the makers of BharatBenz trucks and buses, has announced entering a partnership with Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL) to launch an exchange programme for used commercial vehicles. The company says the main agenda of the collaboration was to create a platform for customers to exchange their used commercial vehicle of any brand for new or used BharatBenz vehicles. SAMIL has been a popular marketplace for connecting pre-owned vehicles buyers and sellers, making them the go-to platform for many logistics firms for procuring certified commercial vehicles.

Rajaram Krishnamurthy, Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Customer Service, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles said, "Our tie-up with Sriram Automall, a leader in the exchange business will provide ease of accessibility to pre-owned BharatBenz vehicles for customers. This tie-up will be an effective tool and a tremendous value add in delivering top class reliable and efficient logistics solutions that meet the needs of the customer."

The exchange programme will be active across India.
Daimler says the platform will support commercial vehicle customers, who are exchanging their used vehicles, with lower turnaround time, better resale value and hassle-free processes. Those looking to buy a used commercial vehicle will have access to a pool of used trucks that have undergone thorough quality checks, which is made available by its national dealership network. The exchange programme will be active across India.
