The Chennai-based bike maker sold a total of 58,339 units last month, as opposed to 74,477 units that were sold during the same month last year. With the overall negative buying sentiment across the auto industry, Royal Enfield has been posting negative growth since the start of 2019 with volumes far from favourable. The sales have also affected parent company Eicher Motors' stocks as a result.
