Kevin Flynn Appointed As the New President and MD, Fiat India
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles India today announced the appointment of Kevin Flynn as the new President and Managing Director for India Operations. Flynn replaces Nagesh Basavanhalli, who left the company to pursue other interests.
Flynn has been with the automobile industry for 30 years and carries with him international as well as multi-brand experience. He joins from Jaguar Land Rover, where he served as Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover South Africa & Sub Sahara Africa.
Fiat has been struggling in India with product strategy and that's where Flynn would come in. He will be responsible for strengthening the overall sales of the Fiat brand in India and the new brands that will be introduced in the country.
Fiat already has 132 dealerships in India and with new brands like Abarth and Jeep making their debut soon, Flynn already has his hands full.
