The name of what was previously known as the MC20 convertible reveals its sporting vocation and its peculiarity; MC is the acronym for Maserati Corse, 20 refers to 2020, the year in which the new era of the brand began, while Cielo clarifies that this is an "uncovered" model. The new spider is 100 per cent Made-in-Italy model, developed at the Maserati Innovation Lab in Modena, and will be produced in the historic factory in Viale Ciro Menotti, as will the coupé.

Its power is 630 bhp @7,500 rpm for a maximum torque of 720 Nm available starting from 3,000 rpm. An open two-seater that will easily exceed 300 kmph as a top speed for a 0 - 100 kmph that will settle on 3 seconds.
