Mercedes-Benz India that has already launched 6 products in the first six months of this calendar year, has plans to launch at least 9 more products in the next 6 months. The company, today, announced that it will launch three products in India on July 30th including the S500 Coupe and S63 AMG - the two-door derivatives of the S-Class. Ths is the first time that Mercedes-Benz will launch three of its products in a single day.
Just so you know, the S500 coupe is the two-door version of the Mercedes-Benz S500, whereas the S63 AMG is the high-performance two-door version of the S500. The S500 coupe derives its power from the same 4.7-litre, twin-turbo, V8 engine (453bhp, 700Nm) that powers the regular S500 as well. The S63 AMG, on the other hand, comes equipped with a 5.5-litre, twin-turbo, V8 engine that churns out a massive 577bhp and 900Nm.

Though the overall design of both the S500 Coupe and S63 AMG are similar, the latter looks more aggressive with AMG body kit and carbon-fibre interior trim. The G63 AMG, already on sale in India, will also get a 'never seen before' exterior paint shade.
