New Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau SCV Launched In India; Priced At Rs. 5.26 Lakh

Mahindra’s Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) business launched the new Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau, the latest addition to its existing Jeeto Plus range promises a 400 km range from its dual CNG set-up. With a best-in-class mileage of 35.1 km/kg, the Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau has a load carrying capacity of 650 kg. The Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau is positioned in the less than 2-tonne SCV segment and claims to be an affordable product than its rivals in the segment such as the Ashok Leyland Dost, Tata Ace HT Plus, and even the Premier Roadstar Tipper. The new Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau has priced at Rs. 5.26 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune).

Mahindra says the new Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau is developed to cater to the last-mile connectivity and logistics needs of transporters and comes equipped with a range of features that make it ideal for the business requirements of small and medium-scale businessmen and traders across India. It comes equipped with a powerful engine that delivers 20 bhp and torque of 44 Nm @1600 – 2200 rpm. The company says the new Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau offers superior pick-up, acceleration, and gradeability to carry heavy loads up the steepest of slopes. Offering a 30 per cent higher profit than the market offerings, the new Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau has the lowest maintenance cost.
The new Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau SCV has two CNG tanks with a total capacity of 68 litres (40L+28L), while navigating across narrow and crowded city roads is easy with its 4.3 m turning radius. The Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau SCV sits on a 2,500 mm wheelbase. To be rolled out from Mahindra’s Zaheerabad plant in Telangana, the new Mahindra Jeeto Plus CNG CharSau comes with 3 years/72,000km warranty. It will be available in 3 colours- Diamond White, Ultramarine Blue, and Sunrise Red. The vehicle is supported by Mahindra’s extensive service network.
