Jeep India launched the made-in-India Compass in 2017 and the facelift of the car was launched in 2021. Now, for those who couldn't afford the car then and yet wanted it in their garage, this is the right time to buy a used one. The 2017 model year Jeep Compass is available in the used car business from Rs. 14 lakh to Rs. 19 lakh. The 2021 model year SUV is available too but the cost is a little higher than that and goes up to Rs. 30 lakh. So let's check out the pros and cons of a pre-owned Jeep Compass
PROS
- The Jeep Compass, thanks to its monocoque construction is extremely agile and also stable. It is extremely fun to drive and very chuckable because the tyres provide good grip around corners

- The Compass is solidly built and you feel that as well when you drive it at high speeds.
- The cabin of the Jeep Compass is extremely comfortable as the seats are well bolstered and there is good amount of space inside the cabin
CONS
- The infotainment system is a bit outdated and if you get a variant which comes with a rear view camera, you'll notice that the picture displayed gets pixelated and is not clear
- The engines on the Compass are noisy and you really wish that was taken care of with some insulation
- The fuel economy of the Compass is not that great and we wish it could have been better
