- Vespa GTS Super Swiss scooters will be offered only in Switzerland

Vespa has unveiled a limited edition GTS Super Swiss scooter, yet another special edition Vespa scooter. The Vespa GTS Super Swiss has been revealed by Vespa Switzerland and will be limited to a production run of just 300 scooters. And as the name suggests, the GTS Super Swiss will be available only through authorised Vespa dealers through Switzerland. The limited edition scooter will be available in both 125 cc and 300 cc engine options, and the changes are purely cosmetic on the limited edition model, and will not include any mechanical updates.

Each Vespa GTS Super Swiss limited edition scooter will come with a numbered aluminium plaque with the serial numbers from 1 to 300
The colour option, called Grigio Materia will be available on the GTS Super Swiss edition, and each of the limited edition scooters will come with a specially numbered aluminium plaque, detailing the series production number, from 1 to 300. The individual numbering of the GTS Super "Swiss Edition" makes it a coveted collector's item and gives it cult potential. The tradition of the legendary limited-edition Vespa vehicles is continued with this model. The bodywork, finished in glossy grey, will house the same 125 cc and 300 cc engine options of the Vespa scooters available in Europe. So, there's a choice of a 14 bhp 125 cc single-cylinder engine, or a 23.8 bhp 300 cc engine.

The Vespa GTS Super Swiss limited edition scooter will be avialalbe in either a 125 cc or 300 cc engine option
There are 12-inch tyres, ABS, LED lights all around, as well as a USB charging port. Also offered is a bike finder, that works with a key-mounted remote control, rather than a dedicated mobile app. As mentioned earlier, this is a model produced exclusively for the Swiss market, so there are no chances of something like this being introduced in India. As it is, Piaggio India only offers the 125 cc engine option on the Vespa scooters offered on sale in the Indian market.
