Volkswagen Cross Polo Petrol Launched at Rs 6.94 Lakh

Volkswagen India's only crossover in India, the Cross Polo, that was available in diesel engine earlier now also get the 1.2-litre petrol engine as well. Priced at Rs 6.94 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai), the Cross Polo petrol model derives its power from a 1.2-litre petrol engine that churns out 74bhp and 110Nm of torque. Just so you know, this petrol engine is the same that powers the Polo.
The standard safety features offered with the Cross Polo 1.2 MPI are anti-lock brakes and dual front airbags. As with the rest of the Volkswagen Polo range, the New Cross Polo comes with a 4-star NCAP safety rating.
Other features offered with the Cross Polo are dual-beam halogen headlamps with black finish, 15-inch alloy wheels, 'Cross' bumpers with silver accents, silver-painted roof rails and rear-view mirror housing and 'Cross' front grille with chrome accent. The Cross Polo also features upgraded interiors, with leather-wrapped flat-bottomed steering wheel, 'Cloud Titan Black' upholstery and 'Climatronic' automatic air-conditioning.
