Hennessey Tunes the Jaguar F-Type R to Put Out 623bhp

We all know that when Hennessey takes up a project, they bring about a change that turns everything in a direction with the 'powerful and faster' written all over it. It's very obvious that Hennessey Performance has gone berserk once again but this time they have laid their hands on a Jaguar F-Type R Coupe.

The performance tuner has released the HPE600 tuning program for the Jaguar F-Type R Coupe and the changes are all under the hood. The supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine has been equipped with an optimized ECU, an upgraded supercharger pulley and an improved intercooler. Now, you may think these are minor changes but it makes a world of difference.

To begin with there is a stark increase of 73bhp which takes the tally to 623bhp and the 89Nm increase in torque makes sees torque figures rise to 769Nm. The Hennessey HPE600 tuned F-Type R Coupe hence can do 0-100kkm/h in 3.6 seconds and can run the quarter mile distance in 11.4 seconds. Besides the performance upgrades, the car comes with individually numbered plaques and Hennessey exterior badging.
