2025 India Bike Week Venue Changed: To Be Held In Panchgani

The twelfth edition of India Bike Week has a new home. After weeks of uncertainty over the venue and dates, the organisers have confirmed that IBW 2025 will now be held on December 19 and 20 in Panchgani, Maharashtra, instead of its usual location in Vagator, Goa.

Originally slated for December 12 and 13, the festival was pushed ahead by a week due to the Zilla Parishad elections in Goa, which clashed with the event dates. While the updated schedule was initially planned to stick with the Goa venue, the organisers have now shifted the festival entirely to Panchgani.

For those who’ve already bought tickets, the organisers say that it will remain valid for the new venue. Anyone who can’t make it to the revised venue will be able to claim a full refund until December 3.

Since its debut on February 3, 2013, India Bike Week has been closely tied to Goa. Riders across the country have long considered the trip to Vagator a tradition, giving the festival its signature vibe of community and celebration. Though Goa has hosted most editions, there have been a few exceptions over the years.

In 2016, IBW briefly moved to the Arpora Sporting Ground in Goa. The festival skipped 2018 altogether, then made a comeback in 2019 at Vagator. The pandemic forced a cancellation in 2020, but by 2021, the event returned, this time at the Aamby Valley Airstrip in Lonavala, Maharashtra. IBW found its way back to Goa again in 2022, before this year’s edition set the stage for yet another new venue.
