Auto Expo 2018: Honda Activa 5G Unveiled

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has unveiled the Activa 5G scooter at the Auto Expo 2018, with over upgrades over the Activa 4G version. The updated scooter gets subtle upgrades for the new year with the most prominent being the all-LED headlamp with a position lamp. The feature that was first introduced in the Grazia last year, has now made it to Honda's flagship offering. In addition, the 2018 Honda Activa 5G gets two new colour options as well as tweaks to the styling. Honda has not announced the prices yet on the scooter and will do it closer to the launch later in the year.

The updated Honda Activa 5G gets a new Deluxe variant that gets some additional features. Styling remains the same but there are new chrome inserts all across. A new front hook to carry small bags has been added as well and an extra durable protector for the muffler. The instrument cluster has been tweaked as well and now includes a digital display that shows a host of information including the additional service due indicator and ECO options.
