Benelli Inaugurates 18th Dealership In India; 9 More By This Year End

- The dealership remains n the same location in Mumbai, but gets new owners
- Benelli plans to launch 4 more dealerships in India by the end of October
- Benelli's next 9 dealerships will be spread in smaller cities pan India
Expanding its presence in the country, Italian bike maker Benelli inaugurated its 18th dealership in the country today located in the Jogeshwari suburb of Mumbai. The manufacturer is one of the fastest growing motorcycle brands in the country and has been actively expanding pan India ever since it first arrived to the market in March 2015. The latest dealership marks the company's 18th outlet across the country, with four more to follow towards the end of this month.
The Mumbai dealership is essentially the same outlet that existed since inception and has now seen a change in ownership with Ishna Automotive now at the helm of things. The outlet houses all of Benelli's offerings ranging from the entry-level TNT 25 going up to the TNT 1130 R. The showroom also comes with a fully equipped service centre.

Alongside the inauguration, the Mumbai dealership delivers 25 bikes today as well
The inaugural event also marked the company delivering 25 motorcycles to customers today with the TNT 600i ABS and TNT 300 being the popular choices from the Benelli range. With a year and half of operations complete in the country, Benelli conveyed that it has sold around 5000 bikes till date, while its new set of launches are expected to take that number further in the coming months.
Speaking on the launch, Motowheels, Associate Vice President, Krishna Malge said, "As we stand on the cusp of a new era in the superbiking industry, Benelli has left no stone unturned to provide an all-round service for our highly discerning customers. In line with our commitment to quality and excellence, we are delighted to hand over the baton for our Jogeshwari (East) showroom to Ishna Automotive. With its extensive market understanding, we are confident that the new dealership will facilitate greater consumer engagement and will bring a veritable thrust in terms of sales and growth to the showroom. We are positive that our association with Ishna Automotive will rapidly boost the company's overall sales in the region."

Apart from the dealership in Jogeshwari, Benelli has an outlet located in Thane near Mumbai, while its third showroom for the region will be opening at Worli in South Mumbai. Furthermore, the company plans is aiming to expand its presence in smaller towns and cities and will have dealerships opening in Bhubaneshwar, Pune and Vadodara opening within this month. In additions, dealerships in Lucknow, Siliguri, Udaipur, Guwahati and Nagpur also scheduled to open by the end of the year.
