Electric two-wheelers are gaining a lot of traction in India, as they have a very low running cost as compared to petrol powered two-wheelers. However, they come with two factors that make a dent in their practicality, those being the range and the charging times. Ather 450X Charging Time
The Ather 450X is one of the most popular electric scooters in India, and for good measure. The Ather 450X possesses a charging time from 0 to 80 per cent of 4 hours and 30 minutes on a wall box charger or a portable charger, and Ather also has a fast charging network called Ather Grid, using which the Ather 450X can be charged to get a 15 km range in 10 minutes, making those city commutes easier.

Bajaj Chetak is a name that has been around for decades, but in its latest avatar, the scooter has gone electric! Although it costs a premium over its rivals, it backs it up with a 0-100 per cent charging time of 4 hours.

Hero Electric Optima CX Charging Time
Hero Electric is one of the leading electric two-wheeler manufacturers, and its Hero Electric Optima CX is offered in two variants, single-battery & dual-battery. Despite having a range of up to 140 km, the dual-battery variant boasts a charge time of 4-5 hours to go from flat to full.

Hop OXO Charging Time
The Hop OXO is one of the fastest charging two-wheelers in India. The recently launched electric motorcycle has capabilities of charging from 0-80% in 3 hours, with a maximum range of 150 km.

Odysse Racer Lite
The Odysse Racer Lite is one of the more affordable two-wheelers of the comparison, with a short 75 km range. It also has a short charging time though, with a full charge possible in just 3.5 hours.

Okinawa Okhi-90
The Okinawa Okhi-90 is one of the larger electric scooters in this lot, and it packs big numbers too. While the price tag is a bit on the premium side, it is backed by a strong range of up to 160 km too. However, what's interesting is that Okinawa claims that the scooter can be charged up to 80 percent in just 1 hour, with a 0-100 per cent charging time of 4 to 5 hours.

Ola S1
Ola Electric is one of the fastest growing manufacturers in the electric two-wheeler space, and its latest product, the Ola S1, gives most of what the Ola S1 Pro offers at a much more competitive price tag. The Ola S1 is good for a true range of up to 128 km, and it can be charged from 0 to 100 in 5 hours.

Revolt RV400
The Revolt RV400 is one of the first electric motorcycles which received a lot of traction in the Indian market, and it has good figures to back that up. Not only does the electric motorcycle possess a 150 km range, it also has a charge time of just 4.5 hours.

Tork Kratos R
The Tork Kratos R has the longest range of this lot at 180 km, but with fast charging it can be charged up from 0-80% in an hour. Charge it at home though, and you can expect charge times of about 4-5 hours.

TVS iQube ST
TVS Motor Co recently updated its iQube range, and also added two new variants, the iQube S & the iQube ST. The top-of-the-line iQube ST packs a range of upto 145 km, while also delivering a faster 4 hours and 6 minutes 0-100 per cent charge time, as opposed to the 4 hours and 30 minutes of the iQube and iQube S.
