Citroen India Introduces After-Sales Services For Customers

- The Citroen service programme brings a basket of services for customers

In a bid to strengthen the after-sales and service experience for customers, Citroen India has introduced its new service on wheels initiative that allows customers to get their cars serviced at their convenience. The Citroen Service Promise allows you to get your Citroen vehicle serviced anywhere across India, including the remotest parts of the country, says the company. Citroen Service Promise offers a basket of services including servicing at home, a 180-minute RSA guarantee, and genuine spare parts availability in 24 hours. There's also Virtual Assistance and periodic service and maintenance with the pick-up and drop facility.

The convenience features will help Citroen customers enjoy a hassle-free ownership experience. At present, the company retails on the Citroen C5 Aircross in the country. The mid-size SUV comes with the signature Citroen grille with a matte black finish and brand emblems finished in chrome. The SUV also gets side body and wheel arch cladding along with Citroen's different colour packs. The rear profile boasts of the rugged bumper and the wraparound taillights that get the signature LED treatment.

Power comes from the 2.0-litre diesel engine tuned for 175 bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with only an 8-speed automatic transmission, while there's no manual on offer. The Citroen C5 Aircross does come with different driving modes including snow and all-terrain options with Grip Control. The automaker promises a certified fuel efficiency figure of 18.6 kmpl. The Citroen C5 Aircross competes with the Hyundai Tucson and Jeep Compass in the country.
