The Past
Bajaj Chetak was a humble vehicle for a middle-class family and has the famous tagline –“Hamara Bajaj” – attached to it. It was first available in 1972 but production was stopped in 2005, as Bajaj stopped the production of scooters.
Back With A Bang
In 2019, Bajaj Chetak revamped itself and was relaunched in an electric variant.

The power of the scooter is 7.5 BHP at 5500 rpm and its torque is 10.8 NM at 3500 rpm. Its mileage is a whopping 95 km/charge.
