The Audi e-tron was the first electric vehicle to be launched by the Ingolstadt-based luxury carmaker. In fact, it was also the first EV to be introduced by Audi in India, and it is certainly a very capable product. In fact, within a month of its launch, Audi India had nearly sold out the first batch of the e-tron SUV. The Audi e-tron is the closest rival to the Mercedes-Benz EQC and if you are planning to buy the electric SUV from the Four-Ringed carmaker, then here are some pros and cons that you should know about.

Pros
1. The Audi e-tron is one of the better-looking luxury electric vehicles and it comes with premium features like - Matrix LED headlamps with LED DRLs, 20-inch alloy wheels, LED taillights, and overall a sporty design.
2. It's an absolute beast! The Audi e-tron 55 quattro draw power from two electric motors that develop 265 kW or 355 bhp and 561 Nm of peak torque. And these figures go up to 300 kW or 402 bhp and 664 Nm in the boost mode.

3. It's a quattro, so yes, you also get Audi's signature all-wheel drive system in its electric avatar. The SUV does the 0-100 kmph sprint in 5.7 seconds, in-turn clocking a top-speed of is 200 kmph.

The Audi e-tron is loaded with features, including - a 10.1-inch infotainment system, a 12.3-inch virtual cockpit display, four-zone climate control and ambient lighting, 16-speaker, 705 W Bang & Olufsen sound system, 360-degree camera view MMI navigation plus with MMI touch response and wireless charging among others.

2. While a fast DC charger of 50 kW or more can give 80 per cent charge to the e-tron in less than a couple of hours, the 11 kW AC charger that customers get with the SUV will take 8.5 hours to do the same.
