If you're in the market for a new job and also want a new motorcycle, this is the news for you. Fintech start-up BharatPe has begun a unique programme to lure new joiners. The company is giving out the BMW G 310 R, KTM 390 Duke, Royal Enfield Himalayan, and the Jawa Perak to the new recruits. The joining bonus certainly seems lucrative and extends to the firm's tech team. Ashneer Grover, founder and CEO, BharatPe, confirmed that the unique reward system will be extended to the new joiners who get selected for the post of product manager.

The move aims to attract the best talent and the company says it has recruited up to 100 people so far
Elaborating about the same on his LinkedIn profile, Grover wrote, "It's real. It's here. It's waiting for you. The first set of BMW Bikes are rolling off to our new joiners in the tech team. We are happy to announce that we have now extended the bike and gadget package for product managers."
BharatPe aims to attract the best talent out there and does not want to skimp out by any means. The company says they have recruited about 100 new people so far, and there are two gift packages to choose from. One is the bike package that offers the aforementioned motorcycles, while the gadget package comprises devices like an Apple iPad, Bose headphones, Harman Kardon speaker, Samsung Galaxy watch, Work-From-Home Desk and Chai, and Firefox Typhoon 27.5 D bicycle.
But that's not all, BharatPe has announced that it will take the entire tech team to Dubai to attend the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to take place between October 17 and November 14, 2021.

The joining reward system is only applicable for the tech department and the role of a project manager
Interestingly, this is not the first time we've heard of companies going to great lengths to retain employees or appreciate their hard work. Gujarat-based businessman Savji Dholakia was in the news couple of years ago for gifting the Fiat Punto Evo to its employees. Certain old employees also got the Mercedes-Benz GLS on the company's 25th anniversary. Indian tech firm HCL also had a similar reward system for its high-performing employees and gave away Mercedes-Benz cars to the select few. The reward system was discontinued in recent years.
