VinFast Showcases VF 8, VF 9 Electric SUVs At IFA 2022 In Germany
Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, VinFast, showcased it’s the VF 8 and VF 9 electric SUVs at the recently concluded 2022 IFA Berlin. The carmaker is set to start sales of both SUVs in Germany soon with plans to have up to 25 VinFast stores up and running in the country by the end of next year.
Ho Thanh Huong, CEO, VinFast Europe shared, “The VinFast VF 8 and VF 9 are manufactured in Vietnam with German technology and production lines, designed by Italian and undergone strict tests in Spain, Sweden and other European countries. These are truly products of global intelligence connections, making life easier and more convenient for our customers”

Coming to the model specifications, both the VF 8 and VF 9 will be available in two specifications – Eco and plus – with a choice of battery packs. The VF 8 will be available with either a 82 kWh or 87.7 kWh battery packs while the VF 9 will feature either a 95 kWh or 123 kWh packs.
VinFast had previously announced plans to accelerate its push into Europe with plans to open stores in France, Netherlands and Germany.
