Harley Davidson India's 5 Year Celebration at India Bike Week

Goa's tranquility came together with the over 2,000 Harley Davidson owners the last weekend to offer one of the most inspiring sights I have ever seen. These proud owners, along with their families, were in Goa to not only partake in the festivities of the 2015 India Bike Week and H.O.G India 3rd National Rally, but also to celebrate the completion of Harley Davidson's 5 years in the country.

However, what qualifies as celebrations for them, you ask. Well, it started with a H.O.G. gathering on the eve of the India Bike Week, i.e. February 19, 2015. To call it fun wouldn't even begin to say how amazing it was; I am not a fan of crowds, but this evening took me by surprise and how! It wasn't just one thing, it was so many things. The diversity, the good-natured bikers, and how everyone came together to celebrate one cause, i.e. Harley Davidson.

After Nasya's performance, Harley honoured the Big 5 winners, i.e. riders who complete all 4 zonal rallies and the H.O.G. India National Rally within a year. Next, Harley Davidson India crowned Capital Chapter, Delhi as the Chapter of the Year 2014.

The spectacular celebration went on to include the biggest ever Harley-Davidson Parade, i.e. over 2000 Harleys rode in to the IBW grounds on Saturday. Apart from the parade, parade, the company also offered IBW visitors the opportunity to ride their favourite Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Then there was also the H.O.G. Custom Contest, and the first-ever Dealer Custom Contest for the Street 750.
