Tamil Nadu के Hosur में Ather Energy का नया प्लांट रिकॉर्ड समय में बनाया गया है, सिर्फ 9 महीने में, वो भी 2020 में, वही साल जिसमें महामारी ने कई चुनौतियां खड़ी कीं. यह 120,000 sq.ft. में फैला एक शानदार निर्माण कारखाना है. इस नए प्लांट में फिल्हाल हर महीने 9,200 वाहन बनते हैं. यानी एक साल में 1,10,000 वाहन बनाए जा सकते हैं. कंपनी के लक्षय है इस आंकड़े को सालाना 5 लाख तक ले जाने का. फिल्हाल Ather plant में एक ही assembly line पर काम चल रहा है. यहीं पर एक बंद कक्ष में battery बनाई जाती है. यहां फिल्हाल 350 लोग काम करते हैं, और कंपनी के मुताबिक यह आंकड़ा अगले कुछ सालों में 4000 पार कर जाएगा. एथर को नए बाजारों से भारी मांग का अनुमान है और उसकी योजना अगले 5 साल में लगभग रु. 635 करोड़ खर्च कर इस प्लांट का विस्तार करने की है. इसके बाद यहां हर साल 5 लाख वाहन बन पाएंगे. हम आपको बता रहे हैं कि कैसे बनता है ऐथर का स्कूटर.
