Freewheeling with SVP: Martin Schwenk, MD & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India
The flagship electric car from Mercedes-AMG has been launched in India. The Mercedes-AMG EQS 53 4MATIC+ is now on sale in India and is priced at Rs. 2.45 crore (ex-showroom). Coming in a single top-spec, fully-loaded trip, it is the first electric AMG sedan and will be brought to India as a CBU. In addition, Mercedes-Benz India will also launch the EQS 580 electric sedan next month along with the EQB 7-seater SUV in the next three months. That’s three luxury electric car launches from Mercedes in the second half of 2022. We speak to Martin Schwenk, MD & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India Limited and get all the info along with new car launches at the launch of the new AMG EQS.
Some notable highlights for us are that the Hyundai Venue will now also feature traction control modes, and a diesel automatic option will also be available.
