2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedan Facing Quality Issue?

In January, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedans were reported to be afflicted by 'bleeding seats'. What it means was that an oily residue was appearing on some C-Class sedans with MBTex upholstery (vinyl upholstery), which made the seats look grungy. In order to fix this, the German carmaker had asked its dealers to countermeasure the problem. However, it turns out the bleeding seats issue hasn't been completely fixed yet.
P.S: The resolution of the problem involved changing the headrest and seat covers. However, a part of the passenger seat needs to be calibrated by the factory.

An international report claims that the rear bolsters and a piece below the center armrest, which weren't replaced during service, developed the oily residue again only a few days after the car was serviced according to Mercedes-Benz's instructions.
Before we delve further into the details of the issue, one must understand that the aforementioned situation often occurs when a car has been sitting in the cold and then heats up rapidly. That said, this problem seems to affect only C-Class models with MBTex manufactured in the US.
However, there have been no reported cases of bleeding seats with the C-Class in India yet. The carmaker launched the petrol model of the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class here in November, 2015, while the diesel model of the sedan was launched yesterday. The petrol model of the car comes equipped with a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder engine that is good for 181bhp and 300Nm. The diesel version, on the other hand, is powered by a 2.2-litre engine that produces 170bhp of power and develops 400Nm of torque. Also, the sedan competes against the BMW 3 Series and the Audi A4 here.
