The sculpted bonnet line adds depth to the fascia. The headlamps are sleeker and house the LED DRLs, below which is a smoked element on the lower section. The Lexus RX also grows in its stance with a larger set of 19-inch alloy wheels finished in dark grey machined finish with a body-coloured over-fenders. Lexus is also offering a pair of 21-inch alloy wheels. In profile, the rear door flares up reminiscing a 3D effect. The black panel on the C-Pillar looks appealing. At the back, the 2023 Lexus RX looks wider now thanks to the signature L-shaped light bar lamp around the sides of the body. Lexus is offering the 2023 RX in 10 exterior paint schemes- Ultra White, Eminent White Pearl, Nebula Gray Pearl, Iridium, Caviar, Matador Red Mica, Copper Crest, Nori Green Pearl, Nightfall Mica, and Grecian Water.

The new GA-K platform has also cleverly liberated space on the inside, with no real change in its proportions. Although, the distance between the front and rear seats has increased resulting in extra legroom for the rear passengers. The wheelbase has increased by 60 mm, but the rear overhangs are shorter now by 60 mm. The crossover is now 90 kg lighter and that's mainly due to optimisation of the chassis components. The rear section of the platform features an all-new multi-link suspension design, attached to a rigid high-torsion rear body frame that stiffens up the travel during acceleration, deceleration, and steering moments.
