The Audi Q8 has always been popular with celebrities, especially in the Indian film industry, and the latest actor to bring one home is Sanya Malhotra. The Dangal actor recently took delivery of her new ride in the Mythos Black Metallic. The Audi Q8 is available in two variants- Q8 Celebration and Q8 Standard with prices at Rs. 1.03 crore and Rs. 1.38 crore (ex-showroom, India) respectively. The Audi Q8 SUV packs a host of features, a comfortable rear seat, and a powerful petrol engine that's been popular with owners, both globally and in India.

The Audi Q8 sits right on top of Audi's SUV portfolio, positioned above the Audi Q7 and it is wider, shorter, and lower than the younger Q. With Audi's customisation option, the Audi Q8 gets 54 exterior colour options, 11 interior trims, and 9 wooden inlays. The Audi Q8 looks imposing with its singleframe octagonal radiator grille, with the spoiler that is towards the front while the large, contoured air inlets, give the Q8 a very confident look. The sloping roofline tapers at the D-Pillars and rests against the Quattro blisters above the wheel arches. The Audi Q8 comes with a set of 20-inch alloy wheels with the option of 21-inch as well. It features gets HD matrix LED technology headlamp technology and there is the three-dimensional signature LED DRLs which look good too.

The cabin is futuristic and comes with plenty of options including customised contour seats with massage function and ventilation, 4-zone climate control, and the air quality package with fragrance and ionizer. There's Audi's virtual cockpit which is a 12.3-inch hi-res display that can be switched between two views via the multi-function steering wheel. The one on top is a 10.1-inch unit to control navigation and the infotainment system. The one at the bottom is the 8.6-inch unit with displays for heating and air-con.

The Q8 Celebration Edition misses out on the Bang & Olufsen audio system and the adaptive suspension
The Audi Q8 is available only with the petrol engine- a 3.0-litre TFSI engine that produces 340 bhp and 500 Nm of torque as it accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 5.9 seconds. The top speed is rated at 250 kmph.
