Audi RS7 Sportback vs One of the Fastest Elevators in the World

The company released a new promotional video that stars the RS 7 Sportback. Dubbed as the 'Elevation Challenge', the high-performance RS7 Sportback goes against one of the fastest elevators in the world, the ones in the Burj Khalifa building in Dubai.
Now, that might not sound too exciting as the the building's elevators travel at speeds of 10 meters per second or 36 km/h while the RS7 Sportback comes with a potent 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo which is capable of churning out 552bhp and does a 0-100km/h sprint in just 3.9 seconds, while topping out at 250km/h.
Clearly the RS7 has a huge advantage when it comes to speed but the challenge pitted the Audi Sport driver Edoardo Mortara against Musa Khalfan Yasin who is the fastest 100 meter sprinter in the United Arab Emirates.

While Mortara, who pilots the RS7 Sportback, had to race up the Jebel Hafeet mountain, Yasin would have to make his way to the top of the Bhurj Khalifa by using elevators. While the video shows the RS7 taking the lead, all thanks to the eight speed tiptronic transmission and the quattro all-wheel drive system, it has to deal with the road and some unforeseen obstacles, in this case a goat.
The delay helps Yasin who is taking the elevator to catch up and at the end of the race, it is declared that it's a tie. The elevator might not be a worthy opponent for the RS7 Sportback, but both are equal when it comes to technology.
