Bajaj CT100 And Platina Get New Variants

Bajaj Auto has silently launched new variants of the Platina and the CT100. In addition to the existing models, the Platina now has a 'ES Spoke' which is priced at Rs. 42,650. The Platina ES Spoke is an entry-level variant of the Platina and it has spoked wheels instead of the alloys. The Platina continues to get a 102 cc motor which makes 8.1 bhp and 8.6 Nm of torque. It is paired to a 4-speed manual gearbox. At present, there are two variants of the Platina available for purchase, the spoked version and the alloy-wheel version. The Platina ES Alloy is priced at Rs. 45,638.

The other new launch is the CT100 ES Alloy. This is a top-of-the-line variant for the CT 100 range, which is also the largest selling motorcycle range for Bajaj. The CT100 ES alloy is similar to other bikes in its range save for the alloy wheels. It also gets an electric starter as well. The CT 100 gets a 99.3 cc engine which makes 8.1 bhp and 8.05 Nm of torque and has a 4-speed gearbox. It is priced at Rs. 41,997. The CT100 ES Alloy is at least Rs. 3,300 expensive than the other variants in the line-up. The other bikes in the CT100 line-up is the CT100 B, which is the cheapest motorcycle that one can buy in the country. It is priced at Rs. 32,653.
