Can-Am Unveils Its 2024 Electric Motorcycles Portfolio

Can-Am, the Canadian three-wheeler marque unveiled its upcoming electric two-wheeler lineup for 2024. The brand will come up with two new motorcycles Can-Am Origin and Can-Am Pulse. The brand aims to expand its two-wheeler business by focusing on power dynamics, attracting EV enthusiasts.
President and CEO of BRP, José Boisjoli, said: “Today, our story of innovation reaches new heights with the reveal of market-shaping electric products that will enhance the consumer experience on the road,”. “Half a century ago, Can-Am roared to victory on the track and the trail, and today, a new legacy begins. With the Can-Am Origin and Can-Am Pulse, the first two models of our electric 2-wheel family, we are gearing up to reclaim our motorcycle heritage by crafting thrilling riding experiences for a whole new generation.”
Can-Am will have motorcycles in two segments, both unique in design and capabilities, the Can-Am Origin which is capable to be ridden on both on and off-road terrain which the adventure enthusiasts can enjoy and the Can-Am Pulse which is a more city motorcycle for daily commute. Both the motorcycles share the same brand-new Rotax E-Power electric motor which is likely to deliver high-end performance, the brand has focused on delivering a smooth vibration-free ride and tackling adequate power supply even in low-speed conditions, we also expect to see high-end tech on these electric motorcycles.
While we await for more specifications from the brand, we can only wait for these tempting electric motorcycles to be on-road by 2024. Although, It is highly unlikely that the brand will launch these motorcycles in the Indian market.
