Ducati Panigale Bikes From Race Of Champions To Be Auctioned

- 12 Ducati Panigale V4 S superbikes will be auctioned on eBay
- The bikes will raced at the 'Race of Champions' at the World Ducati Week
- The bikes will be raced by the likes of Dovizioso, Lorenzo & Troy Bayliss
Twelve Ducati Panigale V4 S superbikes, race-configured and with each racer's personalised colour scheme from the "Race of Champions" at the World Ducati Week 2018 will be auctioned on eBay after the race this weekend. The Panigale V4 S bikes will be ridden at the race by the who's who of MotoGP and World Superbike racing, with names like Andrea Dovizioso, Jorge Lorenzo, Michele Pirro, Marco Melandri, Jack Miller, Danilo Petrucci, Xavi Fores, Michael Rinaldi, Tito Rabat, Karel Abraham and Troy Bayliss. Chaz Davies will miss the race because of injuries he suffered during training.
Each bike features livery and graphics dedicated to an individual rider, with colour schemes drawing their inspiration from the bikes used in MotoGP or SBK races. The rider's name and race number will be embossed on a plaque on the steering yoke, and his autograph will be written on indelible ink on the fuel tank before the race begins. Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali will sign a certificate of authenticity which will be handed over to the winning bidders, and it will add even more value to the purchase.

For the special sale, eBay is setting up a Ducati Store with a "Race of Champions" theme.
