Under the new MoU, both FADA and the Delhi Transport Department are expected to put greater focus on digitising services across dealerships in the region limiting the need to physically visit the transport department’s offices. The goal of the collaboration is to move all processes such as easy verification, paperless registration and more to digital channels at the dealer level.

To that end, the Delhi Transport Department has already pushed forward with the digitisation of nearly all its services. Out of 47 available services, 45 are now available via digital means with only pollution under control certificates and driving licence tests remaining physical.
