Geneva Motorshow: Audi TT first look

Audi revealed the sketches of the new TT and gave us a glimpse at what to expect. Audi has now released the first image of its third generation Audi TT which the company is set to unveil at the Geneva Motorshow. The new sports coupe is based on VW's MQB platform, and from what we can see, it doesn't look too different from the current generation.
The Audi TT will see changes like a revised front grille, angular headlights an a sculpted overall body. Improvisations in the department of technology and ride and handling are much anticipated.
The length of the coupe remains unchanged at 4.18m but the wheelbase has grown by 37 mm to 2505 mm. Its width and height remains the same as its predecessor - 1832 mm and 1353 mm respectively. The two large round exhaust tailpipes come as standard equipment on the Coupe. Like all Audi S models, the TTS sounds its arrival through the four oval tailpipes.
The TT and TTS will be available with three four-cylinder engines featuring turbocharging and direct injection. Their power outputs range from 184bhp to 310bhp. The 2.0 TDI is equipped with a manual gear box and front wheel drive helped by a maximum torque of 380Nm.
The 2.0 TFSI is available in two versions - a 230bhp version for the TT and a 310bhp version for the TTS. The engine comes mated to a six-speed manual transmission and front-wheel drive which powers from 0-100km/h in 6 seconds and its top speed is electronically limited to 250km/h.
