Harley-Davidson India Updates Prices of All Models

Some of the highest selling models in India - the Street 750, Iron 883 and the Forty-Eight have recently been given the Dark Custom upgrade and they command the highest premiums in the price upgrade.

The Dark Custom range of these models get the blacked-out treatment with some upgrades to suspension, brakes and cosmetics. The most important change is on the Street 750, which, despite being a very capable and affordable cruiser from H-D, had brakes which weren't so confidence-inspiring. The 'made-in-India' Street 750 Dark Custom now gets better brakes, but commands a premium of almost Rs 20,000 over the previous model. ABS though, is still not offered, not even as an option.
Interestingly, Harley-Davidson has discontinued the Super Low from its product line-up in India. A new, updated Super Low is expected later this year. Although not much is expected to change in terms of the powerplant, the new Super Low will get new suspension and an all-new frame.
