Hyundai Motor Celebrates Its 25 Years In India With A Brand New Headquarters

- Hyundai India's new headquarter stretches over 28,000 square metre.
- It's a proper hi-tech building which is also up in aesthetics.
- It also has 3 DC fast EV chargers and 11 AC Normal EV chargers.
Hyundai Motor India has completed 25 years in our market and is celebrating this milestone with the inauguration of its new headquarters in Gurugram. It has shifted its Delhi-NCR workforce in a brand new proper hi-tech building that's also high in aesthetics and has been developed with an investment of over Rs. 1000 Crore. The facility has been developed with a total built up area of over 28,000 square metre, with the technological prowess and human centric vision. And it also has 14 EV chargers- 3 DC fast chargers and 11 AC normal chargers, installed in the vicinity of the building, and inside the property.

The entire building is developed to blend with the lifestyle of millennials since Hyundai India's 70 per cent workforce belongs to the millennial generation. Without elaborating much, let's give you some highlights of this facility. The main entrance opens inside a grand ballroom used for conducting events and there is a massive 400 sq. mt. green wall with live plants on your left for some natural aura. Then there are five floors designed to give a panoramic view of both the centre sitting area on the first floor and outside the building. Every floor has a lounge to stretch out and focus rooms if employees don't want to be disturbed while working. Then as said, it offers open and free sitting space and there are six open conference tables with LED screen, one on each floor. There are five closed meeting rooms as well. Even desk are power adjustable for height and you have a small café bar at each floor while a proper cafe kiosk on the mail floor.

The building is even up on the safety and comfort side. There is a thermal scanning for body temperature, employee lockers with UV Light for sanitisation, separate air ducts for return and supply for Cooling and heating and HEPA filtration which is a big plus in these COVID times. Then it's a composite building Structure with zone 5 Earthquake compatibility, separate washrooms for specially abled individuals, canteen that can seat over 300 persons and women relaxation room along with medical room. Also 50 kW solar panels are mounted at the roof for energy saving.
