McLaren 675LT Spider Carbon Series Limited Edition Model Revealed

- McLaren 675LT uses 40 per cent more carbon fibre parts
- McLaren has only made 25 examples of this limited edition model
- The car continues to use the same 666bhp, 3.8-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine
McLaren first introduced the 675LT at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, which itself was limited to only 500 vehicles. Currently the fastest roadster in this British marque's stable, a 675LT with all that aid from the extra carbon fibre parts can only make things better. Now, McLaren hasn't revealed any performance figures yet, but all that additional carbon fibre is very likely to improve acceleration, braking, and handling, thanks to the reduction in weight.

McLaren 675LT Carbon Series

All these carbon fibre materials are further accentuated by a special a gloss finish.
Under the hood this limited edition 675LT Spider sees no change in powertrain and continues to uses the same 3.8-litre, twin-turbo V8. The engine churns out its namesake 675PS (666bhp) of maximum power along with a monstrous peak torque of 700Nm. Transmission duties are handled by the same 7-speed Seamless Shift dual clutch Gearbox. The regular McLaren 675LT was capable of doing a 0-100 km/h sprint in flat 2.9 seconds before attaining a top speed of 326 km/h.
