The Mercedes-Benz Vision AMG has a smooth outline.

Going by the new teaser image and sketches that were unveiled earlier, the Mercedes-Benz Vision AMG EV Concept looks sharp and has a sleek roofline that tapers into the arched lines of the rear fenders. The corners too have been smoothed out. The silhouette is of a typical sports car. The long bonnet line is a reference to the long line of Grand Tourers to have come out of Affalterbach's stable and hints at the design language the company will adopt with future electric AMGs.

Mercedes-Benz hasn't shared specifications or any other details of the Vision AMG and we expect those details to surface on May 19, when Mercedes-Benz India will take the wraps off the new EV sportscar. The new Mercedes-Benz Vision AMG is expected to be slotted between the AMG EQE 53 and AMG Vision One. The AMG EQE puts out 678 bhp while the AMG One belts out around 1000 bhp, and we expect the Vision EV to be slightly more powerful than the AMG EQE.
